Abstract
Changes in fluorescein angiograms were previously seen at the level of the anterior segment of the eye in myotonic dystrophy. In this study a close connection between the degree of the alterations found in the dermic vessels by biopsy as described in our earlier paper and the ones observed by fluorangiography in the retinal circle was noted. These data confirm that the changes observed in the ocular circle are related to systemic damage. The results obtained are discussed on the basis of Roses's membrane theory.
