Abstract

[Methyl-14C]-cytidine diphosphocholine levels have been measured after administration of the 14C-labelled compound to three groups of rats through oral, sublingual and intramuscular routes, respectively. The analysis of the results show no appreciable, differences among the three ways of administration. Therefore, data seems to suggest that the oral and/or sublingual administration could be proposed as an alternative route.
