Abstract
Seven patients out of 100 affected by acute leukemia, had convulsions during antiblastic treatment. Study on this topic are a few. Our results show that convulsions are the commonest neurological complications and can be both partial and generalized. They manifested during different phases of the treatment and with more frequency in relation to Metotrexate and L- asparaginasi.
