Abstract

Two 1,2,3,4-tetrahydoquinoline-based compounds were synthesized and evaluated for antinociceptive properties. Both compounds displayed no significant analgesic activity and at the higher dose showed no characterized CNS depressant activity. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A.
