Chemotherapy of medulloblastoma in children has been successfully experienced in the last years. According to the International Society of Pediatric Oncology we have administered vincristine sulphate and CCNU after operation and radiotherapy to six children with cerebellar medulloblastoma. Three of them were given the drugs immediately after radiotherapy without any clinical evidence of tumor recurrence and three of them at the time of recurrence. Because of the short follow-up period we are not able to evaluate the effects on survival length. However we have noted a lengthening of the interval between the first therapeutic act and tumor recurrence in those patients that previously had been given chemotherapy.
