Abstract

DBA/2 mice challenged with ADK-1t tumor cells of BALB/c origin recognize minor alloantigens displayed by tumor cells, but the immune reaction is not enough to block tumor proliferation. The concurrence of inactivated BALB/c macrophages or B lymphocytes enhance DBA/2 reaction so as to completely overtake tumor proliferative capacity.
