Abstract
We reporte a case of reversible limbic encephalitis with potassium channel antibodies responsive to corticosteroid therapy, followed-up for 18 months. From the clinical point of view the case is interesting because of the presence of nocturnal epileptic seizures and an EEG pattern of REM behavior disorder without evident clinical manifestation.
