The evoked potential is an important and powerful technique because it is connected to the concept of input-output response. Such a technique is extremely significative when it is applied to physical linear and stationary system, but unfortunately it is limited when applied to the biological particularly to the neurophysical systems. Here we investigate further algorithms to improve the technique and the signal analysis. Particularly, using the analysis in the frequency domain of the evoked potentials, we can utilize the transient response frequency characteristics as the Fourier transform of the output of the brain system.
