Abstract

We studied the changes of the chief lymphocyte receptors (Surface Immunoglobulins - SmIg, Receptors for sheep red blood cells - E-RFC, for the Fc of the IgG- EA-RFC, for C3d-ZyCm-RFC) after allogenic stimulation. Under these conditions we demonstrated a significant increase of the E-RFC (+7,1±1,1), of the EA-RFC (+18,1±1,7), of the ZyC-RFC (+9,8±1,9), and of the SmIg+ (+9,1±1). Whilst the increase of the SmIg+ and EAC+ is almost identical, the increase of EA-RFC is about double. In the present study we confirmed the percentage increase of B lymphocytes (SmIg+) and T lymphocytes (E-RFC) after MLC and discussed the further increase of EA-RFC.
