Abstract
The cognitive outcome after cortical resection on children with intractable has not yet been analysed in the detail. We evaluated a comprehensive array of cognitive variables in a child, M.P., with partial symptomatic epilepsy, who underwent surgical treatment. The comparison of her neuropsychological performance before and after surgery shows a significant improvement of M.P. 's learning skills.
