The number of persons cured after childhood cancer is increasing over the time. This brings out new questions about what we have to do at the discontinuation of therapy and how manage the time later. In Italy a systematic review of dedicated paths for survivors and their families in the different AIEOP Centers is lacking. The deficiency of these data limits the possibility to make comparison among different Centers and with the international scientific community. The aim of this study is to face with this loophole by ask all AIEOP Centers to fill out a survey grid specifically created for this research. This could help to define a common basis as start point to improve care pathways for long term survivors, thus to promote their wellbeing and their quality of life.
