Abstract
The authors evaluated the alterations of postural attitude of head and spine in patients with headache, and proposed a specific rehabilitation treatment. Short and long-term results on pain and postural attitude on 135 patients suffering from headache and undergoing rehabilitation treatment (massotherapy, TENS and kinesiotherapy) are reported. The rehabilitation program was effective to control cervical pain and headache (length and frequency of attacks) in all of patients, and to improve postural attitude only in patients with migraine without aura and with tension type headache and not in subjects suffering from migraine plus tension type headache.
