Abstract
Pressure-flow studies after Burch colposuspension, Raz urethropexy and autologous sling operation were performed to analyse micturition patterns in female patients operated for stress urinary incontinence (SUI). The modifications induced by sling operation, analysed by means of Abrams- Griffiths' and Schafer's diagrams, seem to confirm that this procedure causes a certain degree of urethral obstruction: these patterns are not seen after Burch or Raz procedures.
