Abstract
The technical characteristics and the applicative possibilities in functional respiratory diagnostics of a new radioisotopic method, isotopoangiocardiopneumography are described. This technique was used in the morphofunctional study of the pulmonary circulation in patients affected with pulmonary cancer, chronic bronchitis, bronchobstructive pulmonary emphysema. The results indicated evidence of some particularly interesting aspects regarding hematoperfusive distribution in the different pulmonary localizations. A further study was made with the electronic elaboration of the isotopoangiocardiopneumographic images. Four particular fields in the 2 lungs were chosen for the recording of the curves of radioactivity and expressions of the local hematic flux.
