Abstract
Three members of a family (father and two male sons), affected by Marinesco-Sjogren disease have been the object of a clinical and electrophysiological study. We report here the results obtained on a polygraphic study of their nocturnal physiological sleep. The diagnosis of Marinesco-Sjogren disease was obtained on the basis of cataract, cerebellar ataxia, mental deficiency, myoclonias and skeletal malformations which were present in all the patients.
