Neuroimaging techniques provide significant structural (MRI) and functional information (SPECT and PET) on brain status and can help the neurologist in the clinical practice. This chapter aims at revising neuroimaging role in Parkinson's disease and in other forms of parkinsonism and to provide indications for an appropriate application in the clinic.
