Abstract

We underline the positive results obtained by the introduction of LAMOTRIGINE (LTG) in addition to other antiepileptic drugs (AED) in cases of partial complex or secondarily generalized parietal-occipital, symptomatic and drug-resistant infantile epilepsy. In particular; the drug seems more effective on the type of seizure (reduction or absence of some aspects, especially vomit) rather than on the type of epilepsy in general.
