The aim of these study is to underline the relevance of reconstruction of semeiology in occipital seizures of children. We describe clinical features of 112 occipital seizures in 78 children with an age ranging between to 2-15 years. We suggest that the sequence of clinical manifestation can be related with the spreading of epileptic discharge. A possible predictive role of symptoms at onset will be discussed.
