Abstract
The percentage of Rosette E does not show significant modification in the patients affected with adenocarcinoma of endometrium stage I and II in comparison with a control group. We did not find any modification at the diagnosis, during the follow-up, considering the stage, the cellular differentiation, the myometrial infiltration and the presence or absence of relapses. We think that the endometrial carcinoma can originate and progress independently from the immunological situation of the patient, or that the Rosette E are not a significant prognostic index for this tumor.
