Abstract

The authors report the clinical data of a series of 50 patients operated for ACL reconstruction from 1990 to 1994, using the free patellar tendon grafting. The surgical procedure of a 'mini' trans-tendon straight midline incision used is reported with a modified approach to femoral half-tunnel.
