The authors review the indications for peripheral nerves surgery and point out the superiority of interfascicular microanastomoses by means of microtechniques above the traditional techniques. They also discuss the reasons which dissuade them from using anterior transposition in injury of the ulnar nerve, always preferring the interfascicular graft.
