Abstract
Two patients with ESES and autism are presented one of whom is also affected by congenital hemiplegia, the other by Down Syndrome. The coexistence of ESES and autism allows some considerations on their possible interrelationships and on the need of performing and EEG study and a neuropsychological assessment in these subjects.
