Type II aortic dissection complicating discrete subvalvular aortic stenosis in an adult man

Abstract

We report a case of a 41-year-old man in whom discrete subaortic stenosis was complicated by a type II aortic described. Diagnosis was readily achieved with echocardiography and an emergency repair was successful.
