A case of small bleeding tumor of the bladder detected both by transabdominal and trans rectal ultrasound, endoscopically removed and demonstrated to be a non-secreting pheocromocytoma (paraganglioma) is described. The surgical definitive treatment was carried out under intraoperative ultrasonographic guidance.
