Abstract

Giant cell tumor is an unusual neoplasm of the ribs. Herein is presented the case of a patient with an abdominal wall mass, which turned out to be a giant cell tumor of the 11 th rib. This is a very uncommon site for a giant cell tumor, which also had a peculiar shape. No other similar case has been reported in the medical literature.
