Abstract

Problems bound to health, training, care, research, the environment we live in, assumed, over the past several years, an ever growing importance. The evolution of electronics has induced a significant acceleration of informatic processes: the online industry and the new technology of optical disks (CD-ROM) have permitted the acquisition of a great amount of data. The outlook is rather intricate both in terms of sources and tools and it becomes important for the clinician, too, to best exploit the possibilities at hand.
