Abstract
Pregnant women with epilepsy (WWE) need high attention (effects of seizures on the mother and fetus, teratogenesis of AEDs, genetic trasmission of epilepsy), therefore a Neuro-ginecological Outpatient's Unit is useful to counsel and follow-up them. Ten women were followed-up, 7 of them on AED (PB, VPA, OXC). All women delivered safely and children were born normal. An integrated outpatient's unit is important to minimize risks before and during pregnancy.
